Karyn Nguyen5 StarMy brother has been staying at A Grace going into 4 months now. The facility is better than what I expected. I read all other reviews and was a bit worried, but I was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean and they are continuously working to keep it up. The staff are very nice and attentive. A lot of the nurses and staff are going above and beyond to help my brother when needed.
When my brother kept getting out of bed, I quickly got notified and they changed his routine to keep him safe, and added therapy to help him get stronger.
Whenever there are something I needed, I could always address with the charge Nurse or Administrative and the issue will be addressed and resolved.
Thank you so much for all that you do for my brother. He is slowly getting stronger and is on his way to recovery and go home soon.Thursday 17th April 2025

Linda Kolody5 StarMy son has been at A Grace for a little over 2 years. He is there because of severe traumatic brain injury. After 3 months of hospital care, he arrived at A Grace still mostly unconscious, on a ventilator and feeding tube, with a very limited range of motion and with bedsores. The bedsores were treated and gone in a week. With good care, he was off the ventilator in a couple months and they were able to remove the tracheostomy tube not long after that. He started regaining consciousness soon after he arrived. It was a hard process on everyone as he was terrified, defensive, and yelling. Since then, effective medications have helped him be calm. He was able to get off the feeding tube recently, and now enjoys a meal and activities in main room daily. This is not to say there have not been any problems, but the results have been good overall with a difficult patient. What is more, they have a wonderful new administrator who is attentive to everything and is raising the whole level of care.Friday 2nd May 2025
Jeffery DUMLAO5 StarA Grace staff are first and foremost patient oriented, from the onset to discharge of our friend. The Nurse Supervisor, Ann
; Intake Coordinator, Faith ; Social Workers, Karen and Ray ; PT, RT and OT, Puhga, Randy as well as Director David and CNA, Teresa, we could not asked for a better team. COMMUNICATION was our experience. We were made aware of throughout. Professionalism, bar none. I was a little apprehensive prior to admission, because of the reviews. However, if one views the dates of the reviews they are not current. We did / do not have the experiences of the reviews. Another set of circumstances has presented in the care of our friend. Because of A Grace's standard of care, we chose this facility again for our friend's rehabilitation.
