I love California Rehab. The front desk lady Bernadette is very helpful with filling forms and she is awesome with appointments. She is so kind and efficient, and she is so organized for everything under her control. My PT Kellie is very knowledgeable about physical therapy, he can diagnose me with a minute and provide me appropriate treatments and movements. I am very grateful for his sweet encouragement during my treatment periods. He made the facility to be my heavenly place: every time I walk out of there, I feel like I can run. Appreciate you all to take care of me. 👍🙏❤️😊

I was referred to CA Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy for knee pain, and I chose Moorpark location as it was the most convenient for me. From the first visit, the staff made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Walked into my first session limping, could barely get through the session. "Graduated" two days ago, after 24 sessions, ready to Zumba! Thank you Kelly and Stephanie ❤️

My therapy experience was great but they make it REALLY HARD to receive my medical notes for insurance purposes. Not only do I need to mail a written request to their business in Pasadena but have to add a $15 check along with it. I did it anyway and they cashed my cheque as soon as they received it did but it's been over 30 days since I have NOT received any medical notes which is causing delays in processing my insurance claim and getting paid from it! This is severely affecting my life and they just don't care. This is extremely unprofessional.

The sometimes frustrating process of PT is made much easier with this pleasant group of people. Kellie is incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I have noticed a real improvement since I started working with him and I am grateful for the progress I have made. Bernadette at the front desk has also been tremendously helpful towards me. My low vision has created plenty of challenges and she always assisted me with a smile. Thank you!

If you're looking for a place to go for PT look no further than this Cal Rehab Moorpark clinic. Unlike other boring and bland offices, this one has a team of friendly and professional staff who really care about you and your injury. I've been coming here twice a week for almost a year,( I've watched the gas prices across the street go up and down) and I always enjoy chatting with the receptionist Beatrice, who has really taken the time to get to know a bit of me as a person. She's so nice and charming, she really builds rapport with every patient. Richa and Stephanie are also amazing PTs who have a lot of expertise and humor. They always make me laugh even when they're correcting my form. This clinic is definitely the best one in town, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs PT or rehab.
