It is a walk in and before you enter, you call a number that they connect you to Los Gatos center. This time I was onhold for them for long and they did not pick up the phone. As I did Covid test with them three days ago , I walked in to see if they are busy. There were two attendants ladies at 12:30 pm on Sep 6 and no patient at all. While having my phone calling them still on hold, I asked I visited a few days ago and need to see the doctor and she made the appointment. While doing this, I said to her that I an still on the phone for you to pick up and she said we have other patients outside, and I said no one is outside and no one is inside, which patients are you talking about. The reception desk service sucks. OMG, she was on the phone with a patient and just mentioned to her it is a 3 hours wait. She just told me it is a 1hour 50min wait. They make up long wait time to push people away.

The good: I was able to get in right away and the staff and Dr. Tabrizi were prompt and professional. The bad: I was treated for wax in my ears by flushing them with a syringe, and when I left the Dr. told me both ears looked good and that I should just continue to use an over the counter ear wax remover. After continued discomfort for two weeks, I went to another doctor who said they both were highly impacted. He sent me to an ENT the following day who said both ears were 90-95% "clogged" and removed a huge amount of wax from each ear.

I appreciate this establishment for its cleanliness and convenience. However, my experience during multiple visits to this location, where I had scheduled appointments, has been less than satisfactory. Regrettably, the office has demonstrated a consistent challenge in honoring appointment times, leading to waiting periods of 30-60 minutes on both occasions. Inquiries about the delays revealed a staffing shortage as the reason. This raises the question of the effectiveness of scheduling appointments in such circumstances.

I recently gotten to know Dr. Tabrizi and the staff at Los Gatos Urgent Care. I crashed my mountain bike into a patch of poison oak two weeks ago, scrapped my arm, and then rubbed in the oils after forgetting soap while camping in Northern California. No, I didn't know that I crashed into Poison Oak at the time. 13 days ago my arms and legs began oozing puss. 12 days ago, the following Monday morning, I called Jenny and Dr. Tabrizi for some help and 3 hours later I had my first shot of prednisone and two prescriptions to send me on my marry way. My stress level dropped immediately after knowing I got medication as soon as I could. One day after my visit my arm, that I scrapped up after my crash, swelled up to be about twice the size of my other arm and was oozing profusely . The following morning I couldn't bend it passed 90°. I was worried because my arm was gross and twice the size as the other. My forearm looked like how Popeye on the Spinach forearm looked and felt like it was going to pop. I called Jenny and Dr. Tabrizi and 2 hours later I found out my arm was infected and I was given two more shots of Antibiotics and Prednisone. The following day Dr. Tabrizi had me come in to check on my infected. She mentioned she was worried after my visit because if the infection hits my joint that's bad news. My arm was beginning to look better but still disgusting and swollen and Dr. Tabrizi and Jenny administered another round of shots. The following day I was able to bend my arm passed 90° again and my arm noticeably deflated. Dr. Tabrizi had me come back into check on my infected arm again. During this week I gotten to know Dr. Tabrizi and Jenny and gotten to appreciate them very much. After each visit I left feeling confident and way less stressed out. I don't think I could have gotten quicker care anywhere else and I actually enjoyed being there. Dr. Tabrizi and Jenny are easy and fun to talk to. They cared about my treatment and were able to answer all my questions about the drugs they were giving me. Today, 13 days after my first visit to Los Gatos Urgent Care I am looking at a normal size arm with a bunch of dry skin waiting to fall off. 10 days ago I was waiting for my arm to fall off. I'm very happy that I found a doctors office that I am confident with. I don't look forward to needing to go back but I look forward to talking to Dr. Tabrizi and Jenny again.

We had a great experience here. Dr. Tabrizi and staff were kind, caring, knowledgeable and helpful. Fortunately, we did not have a long wait. My daughter was diagnosed with Influenza A and is on the road to recovery. It some ways, it was actually easier than going to a regular MD, because we did not need an appointment.
