The rehab center is staffed by dedicated folks who are actually taking steps beyond where you would normally expect a rehab center to go. The staff is knowledgeable the staff is useful and the staff is responsive. I think responsive is the most important part because they listen to me and they respond to my needs.

Their outpatient rehabilitation staff is outstanding. They spend the time with the lir patients and understand how to maximize the time that insurance companies allow for rehab.

My grandma had a bad sun downer episode due to growing dementia.. the police report that stated the incident should have really set the tone for the needed care.. the hospital wasn’t helpful with finding placement and never went over important messages regarding her insurance and never noticed us to do a appeal when we needed more time to find appropriate place.. she was in need of placement and finally after 4 months of dreadful threats of inappropriate discharge and constant stress.. we found her a place. I just wish there was more care for elders and not such a horrible experience. Her hygiene wasn’t kept up the day I got her out to get her nails done before taking her to the new facility she had a limo walk and needed a cane and I believe it’s due to the poor hygiene they didn’t take care of her very well as far as I can see her toe nails were so bad that the nail lady had to work on them for almost two hours, If your loved one is here or needs to be evaluated and are low income like our situation, know YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS and your insurance rights! Highly important. A lot of great advocacy groups and report inappropriate discharges and bad actions/abuse that take place
