blanca de la torre1 StarThis place is terrible. Do not go here. Tulsidas Gwalani is the worst doctor I have ever encountered. My dad was referred to this clinic by his workers comp lawyer. He was initially seen by Priyaka Gwalani who was very nice. All of a sudden Tulsidas Gwalani took over care with no discussion with my dad. The first two encounters with him were bad. He walked in the room and told my dad in Spanish “you haven’t died yet have you.” What an unprofessional way to great your patient. This happened twice. The third time meeting with this doctor (2/27/2025) he threw a tantrum, stormed out of the room, and refused to see my dad anymore. This is what happened: I had asked my dad to call me during his appt because I wanted to listen in and I had a few questions myself. The NP Muddassir Rizwan saw my father first and I got the chance to discuss a few things with him while being on the phone. Then MD Tulsidas Gwalani came in, he was in the room for 1 min and then my father asked if it was ok for me to ask a few questions as I was on the phone on speaker. Right away he said “Why are you on the phone, if you have anything to say you need to be here.” I said excuse me? Do your patients not have the right to call anyone they want for the consults? And he did not let me finish he kept talking over me and walked out the room. The front office told me and my father there is a policy that patients cannot be on the phone and that Dr Gwalani refuses to see my father anymore. I asked the front office to send me their policy to my email, they haven’t done that. I had been part of the calls and video calls with Priyanka Gwalani and even Tulsidas Gwalani in another consult, so their “policy” is either not true or they are not following it themselves. And the NP Rizwan should have said if me being on the phone was an issue when I was talking to him. Good thing we are out of this place. Tulsidas Gwalanai should go back to school and learn some customer service skills. RUDE doctor!!!!!Friday 28th February 2025
Smita P.2 StarWhat others experienced with regards to medication being delayed or not being refilled on time is accurate. I am currently having the same experience. You call the office number, someone picks up the call almost immediately and each day they tell you I am going to take note and let the dr know and will call you back ASAP. When I insist that they call me back the same day, no matter what the response is from the dr., they agree to call but do not.
I was also referred to a physical therapist by the dr. and did not receive a call to make appointment from the said therapists. It was not near enough to my place so i requested the dr. to find me a location nearer to where I live. They have my address and they can easily find a physical therapist near me, however, after multiple calls to remind them again, they gave me a location that was even further away!!
I finally got them to refer me to a place that I had to find for myself.
This place is probably for someone who needs immediate intervention but not post treatment. Their post treatment care sucks!
I must add thought that when I first went to the clinic the dr was attentive. He does talk fast and seems like in a rush, but he did hear me out and got me into the procedure fast enough. It's he journey thereafter that's been unpleasant.Friday 24th May 2024
Apoorv Mehrotra1 Star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely Unreliable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I feel this is just a place meant to make money. Let me take some time to explain it in detail about the process my friend went through here.. They booked the first appointment to ensure that they can get the money from your insurance. Then prescribed some pain meds which they never send to the pharmacy. I took two rides to the CVS pharmacy to get it but I was told they never received a prescription from the doctor. [1 Red Flag] On contacting the office back, the front desk lady said she will check with the doctor about the prescription. What does that suppose to mean, why is it not tagged to my account that it is requiring a check again.
[2 Red Flag]. We were told they would call us back which they never did. This shows they were just trying to get away with the call.
[3 Red Flag] The examination rooms have no ventilation, i.e. no window, no AC. You are made to sit there with the door closed for a long time to wait for the doctor. It gets really suffocating in there.
Its highly shameful to de-prioritize the patient's need when the whole purpose of the place is to treat them.
I personally would never want to go this place again.Thursday 8th June 2023
Raquel Gettys1 StarI’ve been going to doctors Gwalani Office since almost the end of 2020. He doesn’t listen to you when you explain your pain. He doesn’t explain why you are in this pain. He does more talking then listening. He makes rude, crude, jokes and comments. He rushes you out of your appointment. He forgets to give you stuff from your appointment. And when you call in the front desk people do not answer the phone. To me it seems like he just doesn’t care about his patients, only about making money. Because he’s always say, I’m busy, busy busy hurry up, hurry up hurry up. It’s very disheartening, and rude when you go to a doctor for help, and that you don’t get the help, you need and deserve. I had an appointment yesterday August 31, 2021 he gave me a prescription what he left out a medicine. And when I went to the pharmacy they said, the prescription they can’t feel. It ‘s because he marked on the prescription fill September 11, 2021. Why am I getting a prescription almost 2 weeks out? when I’m in pain and I don’t have the medicine, because you prescribed one of those medicines in July. And the other one Wayback in April or something like that, confusing to me unacceptable.Wednesday 1st September 2021
Cassandra Koenig5 StarGreat staff, terrific doctor. The doctor explained to me in detail about my shoulder injury and all the steps that could be taken and even surgical advice for my posterior superior labral tear in my shoulder. Kind and caring, impeccable sense of humor as well. I highly recommend going to this place.Saturday 30th December 2017
