From the moment we toured the facility with Carol and stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and compassion. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the comfort and well-being of every resident. The skilled nursing team exhibited professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for the residents' needs. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and provided a welcoming atmosphere. The activities and programs offered were engaging and tailored to individual interests. The communication between the staff, residents, and families was outstanding, keeping us informed and involved in the care process. The dedication and attentiveness of the staff truly made a difference in the quality of life for my loved one. Chris Tran5 StarAs a Hospice Consultant, i love to partner with Redwood Post Acute. their Marketing Director Carol always put patient’s care as her top priority. She makes sure the patient gets the best possible care and accommodate the family's requests.
Carol has great relationships with all major local hospitals, she works closely with discharge planner and assists family when their loved one is in need of the placement.Sunday 4th February 2024
Integrity Empathy1 StarNo home transition support for patients therefore no intention of "rehabilitation" as claimed in mission statement. Care by staff reasonable but by no means above the low industry standards. Patient Care Staff friendly and respectful but management is not doing their part to insure successful release of individuals in their care. 🤕Monday 19th February 2024
