While the food isn't gourmet, it is well balanced and of good variety. Snacks are offered according to personal preferences and dietary guidelines. My rating would have been 5 stars if I was only talking about the staff. Skilled professionals, they were kind, caring, and genuinely interested in my welfare. PT was excellent and I am confident it placed me on a path to full recovery. I didn't expect to achieve treasured relationships in that environment, but I did. Thank you! Susan Lee Adams

The reasons for three stars as follow: One of the star is for CNA name TG (Thank God), things are different when he is on his day off. TG is a very nice gentleman with caring heart and well trained! He should be recognized and awarded! One of the star is for the PTA (Physical Therapy assistant) Randy and Jose. Those two gentlemen also very well trained with patience and technique. They truly care of the patients they work with. One of the star is for the OT (Occupational therapy) Madison and Bonnie. Those two young ladies are the fresh air of the gym when they are around. They chat with patients to understand their needs and issues and encourage them to improve. Their knowledge of OT can really help their patients in their everyday life! No star for the administration. The entire facility needs upgrades and better maintenance. No star for the social services workers. They promised a lot but delivered not much. Need to constantly track them down if you want things to get done!

From the moment my grandpa was admitted to White Blossom Care Center, we knew we had made the right choice. The care he received was nothing short of phenomenal. Every staff member we encountered was professional, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of their residents. The facility itself is in a great location in San Jose, and we were excited to hear about the ongoing remodeling efforts, which promise to make this excellent center even better. For anyone in need of skilled nursing services, I couldn’t recommend White Blossom Care Center highly enough. I encourage you to schedule a tour and see for yourself the outstanding care and facilities they offer. Our family’s experience here has been incredibly positive, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team for their exceptional care and support.

I have been wanting to write this review for a while as the staff and facility really impressed me! As you can see, the place is so clean and everyone was so kind and welcoming giving a warm ‘good morning’ in every hall I walked through. Facility smells great and everyone was dressed in different color scrubs so you knew each persons role. Their care team is knowledgeable and really gave me a sense of security when selecting the right place. Thank you!
